Our Services

Our services prioritize holistic, client-centered care by ensuring thoughtful assessment and creation of individualized treatment plans crafted by experienced professionals. Our team met each other throughout their training and experience working in a variety of healthcare settings, and came together in 2024 with the mission of providing high-quality services embedded in the community in a private practice setting.

Initial Consultation

Online or in person in Richmond, this is for individuals seeking a one-time or short-term assessment or consultation, or for those wishing to complete an initial assessment to establish care in the form of longer-term psychotherapy. An initial consultation helps us develop a collaborative care plan and ensure that we are the right fit to address your needs and goals.

Common referrals for one-time or short-term consultation with us typically include adjustment to new medical or psychiatric diagnosis, processing a loss, fertility struggles, adjustment to a stressor or transition, and parenting-specific stressors. These may also be helpful for individuals who are not interested in long-term therapy but would like some introductory guidance or objective perspective.

  • Consultation will include completion of online questionnaires, an in-depth assessment, discussion and care coordination with your other providers if appropriate, and recommendations for next steps and services.

  • 60 minutes

  • Can be billed to insurance if you have Vermont Medicaid or Bluecross Blueshield. Self-pay rate is $250.

Individual Psychotherapy

Online or in person in Richmond, short-term and long-term psychotherapy may range from a few sessions to 6-12 months of weekly visits depending on the presenting concerns and desired scope of care.

  • Initial consultation/assessment is required to clarify diagnosis and create a collaborative treatment plan with clear goals of care.

  • Scope of psychotherapy will be focused on the presenting concern or stressor, and will be personalized to address the individual’s treatment goals and broader circumstances.

  • Interventions may include but are not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavior therapy, radically open dialectical behavior therapy, and exploration of psychodynamic and relational themes.

  • We tend not to be the best practice for individuals seeking a therapist for longer than 4-5 months, though we can always discuss goals and expertise during the initial phone screen.

  • 55 minutes

  • Can be billed to insurance if you have Vermont Medicaid or Bluecross Blueshield. Self-pay rate is $200/session.
